I'm pleased to see you are inculcating leadership and other soft skills into your curriculum. The fire service is still very weak in this area and it must be addressed if we intend to continue adequately serving our citizens. Your department can maintain the best trained firefighters in the world, but that is meaningless if they are not motivated enough to put those skills to work. Good luck.
